Zahra Nazari, first steps at Czech Technical University, Prague - Spring 2018
I arrived in Prague in November 2017. During initial days I realized that native people are very kind and helpful. Although their native langue is Czech, the majority of them can speak English. I settle down quickly thanks to my supervisor Prof, Stanislav Zvanovec and all my colleagues in the department who are very friendly. I believe that Prague is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is a tourist destination because of several wonderful bridges and a wide variety of historical monuments.
I started my work on first of December 2017 at Czech Technical University in Prague, as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie ESR (ITN-ETN) on “Visible Light Communications based Internet of Things” @VisionITN #MSCA #H2020. During the first period of my PhD the research focused on VLC systems and I submitted my first report regarding reading and carrying out comprehensive literature review worked on OWC and a particular focus on VLC and OLED on 20 December and then I continue to research.
